Dette er tredje gang vi henter kaffe fra finca Aurora.

Det harde arbeidet til familien Ferrufino vises virkelig i kvaliteten på kaffen deres.
Denne gangen har vi valgt ut en Java Black honningkaffe, det er bare deilig.
Den har tropiske og sitrusfrukter som er veldig godt balansert med søte sjokolade- og karamelltoner.

Finca Aurora ligger mellom 1200 og 1400 moh i Matagalpa, Nicaragua.
