This berry-dried coffee comes from
Oxapampa-Ashaninka-Yanesha Biosphere Reserve in Peru.
It grows at 1,850 meters above sea level and is cultivated by 3 farmers:
Patricia Colina, Tiberio Sanchez and Marcial Espiritu.

coffee bean type: Catimor, catuai, caturra and pache. (100% Arabica)

Tasting notes: red berries, raisins and dark chocolate.

Fruity, juicy and powerful.
This coffee goes well as hand-brewed
or in an automatic coffee machine.
