JAVA BLACK HONEY FROM FINCA AURORA.

This is the third time we get coffee from finca Aurora.

The hard work of the Ferrufino family really shows in the quality of their coffee.
This time we have selected a Java Black honey coffee, it is simply delicious.
It has tropical and citrus fruits that are very well balanced with sweet chocolate and caramel notes.

Finca Aurora is located between 1200 and 1400 m above sea level in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.
